Jen has been a fully qualified instructor since 2008.

She considers herself as a patient and calm person.

The thing she enjoys the most about instructing is that no 2 days are the same, no 2 pupils are the same.

In her years of teaching she has taught a mixed array of pupils from a profoundly deaf pupil, pupils with learning difficulties to pupils who's English are not their first language.

Jen feels that in this industry the instructor can learn some things from pupils as much as they are learning from us.

Nervous and anxious pupils are welcomed and we do all we can to make them feel at ease during their lessons.

Jen gained a level 1 qualification in 2024 in British Sign Launguage, although no way fluent in BSL is still confident in her abilities to comfortably teach and communicate with deaf pupils.

Ian who is in his final stages of becoming a fully qualified driving instructor covers Bath and the West Wiltshire areas. Ian has a calm, patient manner and has extensive  knowledge of the roads and driving.

Along with having driven an assortment of vehicles Ian is also response blue light trained and has a large amount of  Road Craft knowledge.
